 |  | What formats and how can I download survey results?
|  | | If you are an Enhanced Account member, survey results can be downloaded in - Text (tab delimited, imports into Microsoft Excel),
- XML (imports into a variety of databases), or
- Cross-Tab (imports into Minitab or SAS).
Right-click your mouse on the "Text," "XML," "Cross-Tab" links and select Save Target As... to download a sample of the output for the survey listed on the Advanced Survey homepage. (If you view it in your browser, it may not display properly.) Feel free to download these sample data sets and import them into your statistical software package to verify everthing works properly.
Please note that downloading your survey results in Cross-Tab format will not include text answers that you may have collected. This is done for formatting reasons. To download text responses, please use either the Text or XML option; you can then compare the data sets by Respondent ID.
