 |  | Why can't I login to my account?

|  |  | If you are attempting to sign in to your account and are having difficulty, it may be for one of the following reasons:- You might not in fact have an account with Advanced Survey. Many companies and organizations integrate surveys (delivered by Advanced Survey) into their website or email "look and feel." These third-party websites may be related to collectibles, gardening, automobiles, etc. -- please ensure that you actually have an account with Advanced Survey; otherwise, contact the site where you have an account for more information.
- If you just signed up for your account, please check your email for your login information and security key url. You will need to login to Advanced Survey with your specific security key url to activate your account. Trying to login without activating your account will produce the following error message:

If you didn't receive an email from Advanced Survey within a few minutes of signing up, you may need to review your spam filters on your computer or hosted mail system. Contact your mail administrator for additional information and assistance.
If all else fails, contact us from the email address you signed up with and we'll resend your welcome letter. [Note: If you haven't checked your spam filters, this new message may be filtered as well. Make sure you add *@AdvancedSurvey.com to your white list and ask that all messages be moved to your inbox.]
- If Advanced Survey tells you that your "browser is not capable," it is due to your browser settings. You must enable cookies and JavaScript in your browser before you can use your Advanced Survey account. Please see your browser's help files to learn how to enable cookies and JavaScript.
